Our Troops Ready To Repel Russians

British forces in Estonia now form a critical part of the deterrent against Russia in the Baltic front line, an Army commander revealed yesterday.

Lieutenant Colonel Jim Hadfield said British troops can be deployed to repel a Russian invasion within hours – even if there is a Covid-19 outbreak within the battlegroup.

And hundreds of Challenger tanks are the “jewel in the crown” in defending Estonia – feared by some to be Russia’s next target – because of the “heavily armoured” threat.
