Richard, 45, held the lead role in acclaimed drama Hinterland and has also appeared in The Crown, Gangs Of London and Death In Paradise, but was unable to find work last year.
He said: “I got a job with Deliveroo, going around on my bike and delivering takeaways.
“I’m normally quite a fit person, but the lockdown had turned me into a lock-in, so I was thankful to go on my bike every day because of the job.”
