GLEEFUL Prince Louis shows his star quality with a beaming birthday smile as he plays on the beach – in touching photographs taken by his mother.
Judging from the snaps, the prince, who was born four years ago today, looks most like his grandad on Kate’s side.
With his thick hair swept to one side and rosy cheeks, Louis bears more than a passing resemblance to Michael Middleton, inset below, who is now 72.
Always a bundle of energy, Prince Louis was photographed with a cricket ball in his hand by his mother on Holkham beach in Norfolk earlier this month.
