Ben Wallace told MPs “self-defence” equipment is on its way to Kiev in response to the build-up of Vladimir Putin’s forces on the border.
Mr Wallace said Britain will supply light anti-armour defensive weapons systems and a “small number” of personnel to give training to Ukraine.
