Djokovic serves up the sound of Silence

ANDY MURRAY is in Melbourne to play at the Australian Open as doubts over Novak Djokovic's participation increased yesterday.

The world No.1 has pulled out of the ATP Cup in Sydney this weekend without giving a reason as the clock ticks down to the start of the first Grand Slam of the new year.

All players need to be vaccinated or have a medical exemption to play at Melbourne Park from January 17.

And the Serb, who described himself as not “politically correct” in an interview yesterday, has refused to state if he has been jabbed. Reports in Serbia claim he is seeking a medical exemption before his arrival Down Under.
