Darren Sarll’s side slumped to a new low only seven days ago when they were hammered 6-1 by rivals Torquay United yet have since picked up impressive back-to-back wins having beaten Aldershot Town on Tuesday.
Their latest success came via Wilkinson’s towering header to turn around a one-goal deficit after Josh Neufville had equalised two minutes from time to cancel out Aaron Nemane’s opener.
Yeovil deservedly snatched the points from the leaders to put them on 14 from 14 games – and Sarll now hopes this can inspire them to better things.
