After 16 Months of Fertility Treatments, Setbacks and Heartbreak, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux Finally Have Reason to Celebrate: She’s Pregnant!

FRIENDS could tell that there was something different about Jennifer  Aniston. On Jan. 14, at a celeb-studded bash Katy Perry threw for her boyfriend Orlando Bloom’s 40th birthday in Palm Springs, Jen seemed positively radiant as she watched her husband, Justin  Theroux, pose for a silly shirtless photo session with his buds.

“Jen usually has a glass of wine at these things, but she was a real teetotaler and only sipped sparkling water,” an insider tells Star. “Also, you’re used to seeing Jen totally toned and superfit, but that day, she seemed a little heavier, especially around the middle. She did have a special glow, though, and she was smiling from ear to ear the whole time, as if she was keeping some wonderful secret. Everyone was like, ‘What’s up with Jen?’”

The answer: A very, very special delivery. Sources claim that after years of longing and disappointment, Jen and Justin are expecting a baby! “Obviously, this is an absolute dream come true for Jen,” the insider says. “In fact, it’s nothing short of a miracle. Jen just turned 48 this month, and she and Justin both knew that at her age the odds were against her getting pregnant. It’s such a blessing!”
