Desertmartin Woman Celebrates 103rd Birthday

A SOUTH Derry woman has reached another remarkable milestone by celebrating her 103rd birthday at Moneymore Care Home.

Mary Shaw, who is considered as one of County Derry’s oldest residents, was joined by carers, friends and family members on Friday afternoon to celebrate yet another significant birthday.

Mary was born on January 26, 1915, in Newcastle-UponTyne.
