The first...
Band I fell in love with
"I remember the first cassette I ever bought where I felt like I was doing something dangerous was when I bought 'Girls Girls Girls' by Motley Crue. I remember that being something where I got it, had it in my hand and thought I can't believe I'm holding this right now'. But when I was 14 years old I got heavily influenced by punk. Obviously The Sex Pistols, but I really got into The Exploited, Operation Ivy... Bauhaus, even though that was more of a goth type thing. So a lot of my teen years were built in that. But also a lot of the bands of the grunge era, especially Nirvana and Soundgarden. Like a lot of people, the first time I heard Chris Cornell sing. It was like eating chocolate cake for the first time. Just like, 'What is going on?"
