If Eric Clapton found himself in the unlikely position of having to put himself forward for a gig today, his resume would certainly make impressive reading; including The Yardbirds, The Bluesbreakers, Cream, Blind Faith, Derek, And The Dominos, The Beatles (on While My Guitar Gently Weeps), BB King and dozens of others, plus his own hugely successful solo career.
