Dan Lorenzo
I recently spoke with Jay for the first time and I thought he had the voice of a DJ. He told me his voice was most likely effected by years of cigarette smoking. If there's one thing thatmakesme happy it's hearing how people have quit smoking!

Dan Lorenzo: Who is the doctor and how did he get you to stop smoking after 32 years?

Jersey Jay Wymbs: Dr. Nasso in Staten Island. He uses a method called Auriculotherapy. Best decision I've ever made was going to see him. One session and done. I haven't touched them since. https://drnasso.com/

I know you go fishing in the Atlantic. Have you ever been far out do you go?

OVER KILL

If you’re old enough to have grown up in New Jersey in the 80s and like hard rock, heavy metal or thrash, then you probably know of the band Overkill. Starting with a mix of punk, metal and gothic theatrics, Overkill built up a following on the tri-state club circuit. They evolved into one of the foremost thrash bands, and eventually landed themselves a major label record deal. Over thirty years later, they’re considered a mainstay of the thrash/metal scene, continue to deliver the goods with new material, and tour globally on a regular basis.
