What was it like starting out as a model?
I came into the game a little late. I didn’t pursue modelling until after my undergraduate degree was completed and I was studying for my Master’s. There is definitely a learning curve, particularly in this digital age where social media has changed the nature of modelling. Nonetheless, I feel personally challenged to deliver the best content I can and continue to grow my brand.
What would you consider to be your biggest challenge as a model so far?
I have learned to take the advice of other professionals, such as photographers and make-up artists a bit more seriously. I have a great imagination and can be quite creative, but not everything translates on camera the way you imagine it would.
