We all have it! We are all made up of different DNA patterns, but with our DNA, if we look closely, we will be able to find out exactly what will make us stay healthy. And that is where Nutrigenomics, the science studying the relationship between the human genome, human nutrition, and health, comes into play.

If you can properly code your DNA and break it down, you can easily figure out what supplements and things to eat in order to keep those cells healthy, and hence help you live a long and well life.

We spoke to Gianni Lotfi, the CEO of Autumn DNA to learn more about how his company is hacking/decoding people’s DNA in order to get them the proper supplements they need. Plus, he gives us some DNA tips we should all follow!

We believe that it’s important to choose what to put in your body whether a specific supplement or vitamin is of good quality or not. Often people can see adverse reactions or side-effects even from the best manufacturers out there. Certain supplements can counteract each other or have a negative reaction with a medication you could be taking.
