During these unprecedented times, people all over the world are going through hardships and life changes unlike the times before. The suicide rate is up, mental health issues are on the rise and people have been feeling pretty down about their lives whether it be due to money problems, COVID-19 related issues or just hardships of the times. Well, Maya Comerota, one of the world's top visionary entrepreneurs and intuitive guides - who has teamed up prior with people like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi - spoke exclusively to us here at FHM on her love of helping people and some simple steps you can do to change your life and turn that frown upside down - and be healthier/ happier long term!
Why do you love helping people in general? I believe there is something inside of all of us that genuinely wants to help others. I was born wanting to serve others. When you make a difference in someone else’s life something is ignited in your heart and soul. I believe it is our true nature. There is nothing quite like the feeling of helping someone transform their life. When a person or client shares how they have gone from numb to fully alive, or in a struggling relationship to passionately in love and you can see the smile on their face and the sense of complete freedom, It is an incredible feeling.
