This super-simple workout by YouTube fitness expert Lucy Wyndham-Read can even be done in front of the TV!
Toning your legs doesn’t mean that you have to head off to the gym and spend hours sculpting those thighs. Just choose the right moves and you can get perfect pins in as little as 10 minutes a day in the comfort of your own home.
This workout plan has five different moves, and these toning exercises are specially designed to tighten every inch of your legs and give that booty a lift as well. You will not only love the way your legs look, but will also notice a few added benefits to your body:
- You may lose a few centimetres if you follow this routine five times a week for a few weeks, because these moves increase the amount of kilojoules that your body is burning, melting off any excess body fat.
- If you do these exercises alongside eating lean foods, any cellulite you may have will start to reduce as you lose surplus body fat – drinking plenty of water helps flush away toxins, too.
