An almost perfect natural harbour flanked by wooded fields and grand estates with cerulean sea lapping at the small beach and harbour walls. It’s quite simply a beautiful place to be inspired, and a perfect location to set up a gallery.
The Square Gallery has had a home in the town centre of St Mawes for 20 years, tucked away in a shopping arcade. Run by Cathy Talbot and her husband Mark, the gallery is a space filled to the brim with stunning work from a variety of creatives and has been ever since it was first set up.

The Buzz About Bude
Whilst October and November might be the start of quieter months for much of Cornwall, it seems that in Bude there is no sign of winding down from the summer hustle and bustle just yet.
