Photographer Of The Year 2017 WINNER!

BACK in January, we launched the search for our Photographer of the Year 2017. We received many hundreds of entries and it was a tough task whittling them down to a final 15. Those finalists, with every entry a stunning shot, were put to a readers’ vote.

This month we reveal your winner, Joe Gilhooley, of Loan head, Midlothian, who took a beautiful image of sunrise on Loch Rusky one tranquil autumn morning. Joe wins £200, a giant canvas print of his winning picture and an engraved trophy. But much more importantly, he takes the prestigious title of The Scots Magazine Photographer of the Year 2017!
