Ayala Malls Greenbelt 3 has undergone a major facelift unveiling a world-class shopping destination that’s sure to be the talk of the town

If there’s one thing Manila’s luxury clientele is good at, it’s knowing where to shop. Within the next few months, in-the-know buyers are bound to pivot from their usual haunts to the newly unveiled Greenbelt 3. This refresh of sorts has turned the ever-familiar establishment into a one-stop luxury destination with several major flagship stores and a handful of first-in-the-country retail concepts. “Luxury has proven to weather this unprecedented crisis in history,” says Eunice Velasco, Ayala Malls marketing director, and Mark Sablan, Ayala Malls strategic leasing unit head. “Even Manila can prove that luxury endures as customers among the luxury segment consider shopping a top recreation in the country.” Recreation or therapy, the line blurs.

This 2021, familiar designers are setting up ateliers in Greenbelt 3, among which are Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Dior, Off White, Univers, Thom Browne, Bulgari, Kenzo, Max Mara, RIMOWA, Patek Philippe and L’officine Universelle Buly.

Next year, these brands will be joined by the likes of Celine, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tod’s, Ermenegildo Zegna, Roger Vivier, Loewe, Jimmy Choo, and a store expansion of luxury favourite, Hermès.

“With our intent to expand the luxury wing from Greenbelt 4, we closely studied the different brands, handpicked which ones will best open in Greenbelt 3. . .to fortify our hold as the country’s lifestyle and fashion capital,” add Velasco and Sablan.
