 The Bangalore Black Tie (TBBT) is surely the most adventurous fine dining club in the country. We’ve been going for 10 years and apart from having a truly outstanding dinner on the last Saturday of every month without missing any, we also go abroad every now and again on culinary adventures. This year, to celebrate our 10th anniversary, 17 members went to France: Paris, Bordeaux and the culinary heart of that country, Lyon.

Now that the trip is done and we’ve returned, admittedly with our personal avoirdupois substantially increased, it is astonishing to cast back at all we did.
