Design & Build Quality
The Fujifilm Instax Square SQ10 camera is very well built and appears tough. It measures approximately 12.5 (H) x 11.5 (W) x 4.6 cm (D) and the finish is very good. The tripod mount is made of metal and the camera is manufactured in Indonesia.
Key Features
The SQ10 is a 3.68 megapixel hybrid camera that allows you to record images digitally (using its internal memory and/or Micro SD/SDHC card), or print directly from the camera using an accessory 10-sheet film pack. The camera uses a 1/4- inch Type CMOS sensor. A maximum of 50 images can be recorded to its internal memory and approximately 1000 files can be recorded per 1GB SD/SDHC card. The camera has a non-interchangeable 28.5mm (35mm format equivalent) f/2.4 lens that can autofocus from 10cm (approx. 4 inches) to infinity. The camera offers two shutter release buttons, making it easy for right-handed as well as left handed users.
The SQ10 offers only Program AE with an ISO range from 100 – 1600 (Auto ISO only), while its shutter speeds range between 1/2 sec – 1/29,500 sec (Auto only). Metering is via 256-segment Through-The- Lens (TTL). Shooting modes on offer are Standard, Double exposure and Bulb. White Balance can be set to Auto only.
