Krip Rojanastien, Chairman & CEO, Chiva-Som International Health Resorts Co. Ltd, talks about the resort’s highly anticipated renovation plans, sustainability initiatives and its first new property overseas

Chiva-Som is a wellness resort that integrates holistic practices with Thai hospitality to deliver personal wellness programmes in a non-regimented way. Everything we do focuses on a holistic approach that embraces mind, body and spirit.

The newly-upgraded Ocean Rooms and Suites are now Thai-contemporary and more spacious, providing the ultimate in aesthetic and eco-friendly serenity. Innovative use of Thai teak, silk and bamboo, together with hidden mood lighting and sensor lighting systems, create a calming effect whilst maintaining the resort’s signature Thai touch.
