Tell us how and why you came into this profession
I have always been a health freak and nursed a dream to set up a good gym that would help people lead a healthy and happy life. I obtained my B.Com degree from a Kolkata college and studied nutrition course from Indira Gandhi National Open University. I am a member of the Andhra Pradesh Bodybuilders Association and serving as the Vice-president of Vizag Bodybuilders Association. Basically I am a businessman and set off dealing with electrical appliances. However, my passion for fitness made me establish B-Fit Nutrition Shop that sells healthy food items. It was at the behest of my customers, I set up this facility to complement the shop. I planned the gym and the package in such a manner that offers solutions to health issues.
What are the equipment available?
The equipment here are most ideal for workouts. For example, look at this unique butterfly machine. This is specially designed to strengthen the spine. You will not find this kind of workout machine anywhere else. What is your gym philosophy? Our concept too is totally out of the box. The general concept of gymming is quick weight reduction, which the client might regain once he stops the gym visits. But our package provides lasting solutions. We advocate minimal use of machines and own body workouts. 'Sweat it out' is our advice.
What are the services offered?
Weight gain and loss, spine and joint related workouts. They are designed as per the requirement and stamina of the individual member.

TEQUILA TIME
This fiery spirit is ready for its turn in the sun. As a general rule, tequilas produced with agave from the lowlands and valleys of Mexico are big and bold, with herbal, floral, citrus, and earthy aromatics and flavors, while tequilas from the mountainous highlands tend to be a bit softer, more delicate, and a little sweeter. There are three categories: Tequila blanco-also called silver tequila-is unaged; reposados are aged from two months to one year in oak barrels; and añejos are aged from one to four years. All three styles are exceptionally sippable either straight up or in an elegant cocktail such as a paloma. Salud!
