To Wine And Dine

Shangri-La at the Fort makes going from dinner to drinks easy by having it all in one place.

To Wine And Dine

More than just a place to find rest and relaxation, Shangri-La at the Fort is a lifestyle hub filled with recreational areas, gym facilities, shopping boutiques, and dining options. Each dining concept in the hotel caters to a variety of tastes, from Sri Lankan cuisine to Western grills. In addition, it also houses one of the most sought-after after-hours hangout spots, with a hidden bar that serves some of the most unique drinks in the city. With Shangri-La at the Fort, one need not look far for all their dining needs.

THE CRAB IS KING

An icon in his industry, Sri Lankan chef Dharshan Munidasa opened the first Ministry of Crab in 2011. He and his partners Kumar Sanggakara and Mahela Jayawardene found success in its first branch—located in a 400-year-old Dutch hospital in Colombo—and has been a part of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants since 2015. They then decided to spread their delicious fare to the rest of the world. It soon saw itself in Tokyo, Shanghai, and now, Manila.
