Will Stein touches on the benefits of wearable wellness technology and on what makes Pia Wurtzbach the ideal ambassador for the manufacture
Luxury watch manufacture Philip Stein has long bn at the forefront of the market with regard to wearable wellness. In 2003, it introduced its proprietary Natural Frequency Technology, which comes in the form of a small metal disc that is calibrated to pick up frequencies from nature and channel them into the wearer’s body. “This is technology at its finest, but not at all like the man-made tech that often makes the rounds,” says co-founder and president Will Stein. “It’s not about counting the number of hours of one’s sleep or the number of steps one makes, but about embracing the power of nature in such a way that the wearer feels more relaxed and resilient to stressors, assisting them in achieving equilibrium.”
In 1952, German physicist Winfried Otto Schumann proposed the existence of electromagnetic waves surrounding planet earth. Succeeding experiments that took place in later years proved that these frequencies had a profound effect on the overall wellness of man. Philip Stein was able to harness this technology, creating what would be the backbone of its branding.
