Cannes Flirt Festival!

Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie star together in one of the most anticipated movies of the year. But it was their off-screen chemistry that was obvious for everyone to see as they took to the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival to celebrate last week.

“There’s no denying that Brad and Margot have become close friends,” a film insider tells New Idea. “And while it’s obviously very innocent, it’s certainly had tongues wagging. They just seem so comfortable around one another, so relaxed.”

Margot appeared to keep a very close and watchful eye on Brad while standing with her Once Upon A Time … In Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino and co-star Leonardo Di Caprio. Amid much laughter and joking between her and Brad, at one point the Aussie star put a comforting hand on the veteran actor’s tuxedo.

Body language expert Louise Mahler agrees that the stars appear to have a close bond, noting, “They look like the happiest couple on earth, even though they are not a couple!”

She explains: “Their eyes are attracted in the same direction.

“They laugh together on the stressful red carpet. She touches him and he puts his arm around her.”
