For Kat Maderazo, the mom behind Bento by Kat, the solution came in the form of creative bento boxes. “When my eldest started big school, it was challenging to make her eat her packed lunch. I found the art of making bento boxes, I tried it, and my daughter started eating her baon. It inspired me to make more for her every day, and my son when it was his turn. It makes my kids happy and it’s my way of expressing my love for them,” she shares.
