One of the fleet’s key differences is the acclaimed butler service for every room category, which provides each guest with extraordinary personal attention thanks to the highest staff-to-guest ratio of any European river ship. Crystal Mozart’s 154 guests, for example, are served by 92 crew members, all trained to match the standards of the company’s renowned ocean line.
