5.30AM I wake up really early to get ready and make my way to Fuel Athletics for its 6.30am class. I got into CrossFit about seven months ago, and have been addicted to it ever since, working out at least five times a week. Its amazing that I found CrossFit as I entered my 40s and actually liked it. I've tried going to a normal gym before but I got bored of it quite easily. CrossFit is more my style as the workout routines change every day and you are consistently challenged beyond your self-imposed limitations. I prefer the early morning classes better than the evening ones due to several reasons. For one it's cooler in the morning and you are at your freshest. Not drained after a hard day at work, the mind is a lot more relaxed, and of course, it wakes you up immediately. After a good workout, I would shower and get ready for work.

9.30AM My work clothes these days consist of a pair of Skinny Din raw denim from Tank Jeans altered to fit, a T-shirt most probably bought from a thrift shop somewhere, my almost knee-length high-heeled custom Cuban boots from my favourite shoe designer Ving Ming, and my Schott leather jacket when it gets too cold at the office. It has become a staple, almost like a uniform. On days when I am required to attend an official event or to network in Putrajaya, I would turn to my Sacoor Brothers suit. My work in PR does allow me to be flexible in my dressing because I am in charge of both lifestyle and corporate accounts. I am not really a breakfast guy, but I do like my coffee in the morning. Nothing fancy, just a double-shot latte would do the trick.
