How does one get started with a deep cleanse or detox after the non-stop binging?
One can minimise the intake of heavy meals and reduce the intake of processed food. Avoiding processed food like cakes and biscuits is also important. Essentially, there are 4 F’s one needs to focus on: fruits, fluids, phytonutrients and fasting. One can cleanse by replacing meals with fruits and vegetables or even do a full day cleanse with fruits and vegetables. The idea is to balance the excesses and cleanse your system with the increased intake of water and fluids. One has to choose wisely. Everyone is not a candidate for everything.
