Music sensation of the month.
Her beauty lies in her voice, an enchanting charisma that sets her apart. Jonita Gandhi is an Indo-Canadian singer who embarked on her journey with a bundle of dreams that she’s achieving one melody at a time. Engaging in a fun-filled and real conversation with Smriti Raizada, Jonita talks about her inspiration and how music has been a life-changer.
ex: Hi Jonita! You had your first stage performance at the age of 4. How has your childhood shaped the life you’re living today?
JONITA: When I was a child, I was too shy to sing in public. I used to dance and sing around the house when I thought no one was paying attention to me! It was my dad who caught me a couple of times and realized there’s something musical in me that needed to be brought out. Over the years, encouragement from my parents and family friends helped give me the confidence to keep practicing and honing a skill that I later realized I am really passionate about.
ex:: Who inspired you to start your Youtube journey?
My friends in University would often suggest that I put videos of myself singing on the internet and just see what happens. Initially, I was uploading covers that I made of myself singing into my phone in my basement or my dorm room at University. I didn’t start with a plan or a goal but when I collaborated with Aakash Gandhi and Sahil Khan for a cover of Pani Da Rang, the video went viral and that’s when I started to understand the potential of YouTube.

IN-GAME VEHICLES WE WISH WERE REAL
Videogames never fail to transport us to a world that is far beyond our reach, yet controllable by the tips of our fingers (quite literally). While open-world games offer a vast, new lifestyle to explore, they also give us a taste of some unique vehicles. Well, calling them vehicles would be an understatement as these perform so many more tasks than just commute, but they’re some uber-cool pieces of machinery nevertheless. That said, here are some of the coolest in-game vehicles that we would love to test-ride!
BEST VIDEO GAME FRANCHISES OVER THE YEARS
Ever since gaming has reached the digital age, there have spawned numerous titles and franchises across the globe. While some were just one-trick ponies or got lost in the sands of time, there were others who cemented their names in history as some of the best video games. These also led to the rise of multiple franchises, who have since gone on to become multibillion-dollar industries in themselves. Following is a list of such video game franchises who have only grown bigger as the years have passed:

TESTOSTERONE AND HAIR LOSS: How to Get Ahead
The simple fact is that most men are concerned about their looks; for the bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast, appearance is a strong factor in one’s satisfaction. It is undeniable that testosterone (T) directly impacts the physical health, function, and appearance of a man; as well, one’s mental health and cognitive abilities. In the chronology of life, testosterone’s effects produce milestones that easily identify the stages of life: the ultrasound’s shadow of a penis during pregnancy; a wispy mustache during adolescence; a deep voice during adulthood; and with its decline late in life, the loss of muscle, and erectile dysfunction.

TESTOSTERONE AND GH RESPONSES: FREE WEIGHTS VS. MACHINES
All forms of resistance training provide a stimulus that induces an anabolic-hormonal response, which contributes to adaptations associated with weight training such as muscle growth and strength. More precisely, weight training causes an increase in the two most prominent muscle-building hormones, testosterone and growth hormone (GH). Testosterone drives muscle growth by stimulating muscle protein synthesis and inhibiting muscle protein degradation. GH triggers greater muscle growth primarily by stimulating the production of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), which has been shown to also potently stimulate muscle growth by increasing muscle cell protein synthesis.
