Coping With Anxiety

Here are a few ways that you can deal with anxiety that you may be feeling because of the on-going pandemic

The pandemic has been hard on everyone, and it is normal to feel anxious. In fact, you are not alone! A lot of people around the globe are feeling anxious as well. So, don’t be hard on yourself for feeling this way, instead find ways to handle the anxiety. Here are some ways that you can cope with what you are feeling at this moment –

Take a Deep Breath

Sometimes, it can be as simple as taking a good long breath. Count to 4 as you take in a breath, and then count to 4 again as you slowly breathe out. Do this for about five minutes on repeat. This will help calm down your heart and you will feel much better. If need be, you can do this multiple times a day. Five minutes may not seem like much but this small exercise can work wonders when done right.
