Magical Home Styling

Need someone to wave a magic wand over some of the spaces in your home? Here’s one way to conjure up a new look with a minimum of fuss.

Magical Home Styling

The other day, I noticed an interesting correlation between my haircut, the clothes I was wearing, and my interior décor. Basically, neither my personal style nor my home interior styling has changed much over the years!

Although I’m quite content with my long tresses, and my Boho clothes still mostly fit, the countless hours I spend at home (and in my home office, in particular) has had me wondering how I can restyle the space or add more pizzazz to the décor.

Now I have an answer. With its “Magical Homes” styling makeover package, Arete Culture can spruce up any space in your home – whether it’s an office, a living room, a bedroom or more.

We spoke with the Arete Culture team about their clients Tammy Phan and Mike Orgill, who recently had a Magical Homes makeover done in their home.

Tell us about Tammy and Mike.

They’re expats who have lived in Singapore for 12 years. They found out about us through their friends, who we’ve worked with on several homes over the past few years.

They had previously styled their home with second-hand furniture and were moving into a bigger apartment, which also had a rooftop garden.

What kind of home styling did they envision?

The design brief was that they wanted a contemporary, modern home that felt comfortable. They were also open to using more colours as part of their home interior décor.
