THE VIVA GROUP – PILATES & WELLNESS

VIVIAN TWISS, FOUNDER AND INSTRUCTOR

It all started with the intention of finding a workout that would allow me to develop a strong but not bulky physique and to improve my posture. When I discovered Pilates, I never looked back. After just one month of practice, I felt stronger, flexible and toned, and noticed a big difference in my posture.

I even practiced during and after my pregnancy. In fact, Pilates positively impacted the way my body adjusted to the drastic physical changes and it helped with the delivery and recovery process. I was able to fully return to the studio to restart my workouts just four weeks after delivering my daughter to regain my strength in a safe and controlled manner without risking injuries.

And, as an instructor myself, I get the rewarding experience of seeing my clients reach their goals, whether it’s weight loss, athletic conditioning or recovering from injuries, and make positive changes to their physique and mobility.

Vivian’s top three reasons to practice Pilates

• Improves strength and flexibility without creating bulk

• Targets the strength of the core muscles to lengthen and align your spine, and improve posture

• Helps with rehabilitation and injury prevention
