What kind of life are you living right now? Are you really living or just existing? What pulls you down? Maybe it’s the toxicity you have accumulated all these years from your surroundings. Negative thoughts, people, and relationships contribute in a great way to toxicity. How can we get rid of this poison? It’s about what eats you. Negative and toxic thoughts eat us from inside. Thoughts are very powerful. They carry a lot of energy. We can either channelize that energy to think positively or negatively. Every single negative thought that we hear, think, or speak affects the chemistry of our body.

The power of thoughts also impacts healing in a big way. It’s proved beyond doubt that chronic anger, greed, fear, jealousy or worry will eat us from inside faster than any other disease. It’s the emotions that affect digestion, assimilation of food, absorption, organs like liver, kidneys, lungs, and many more. Hence, practicing mind-body healing practices like gratitude, positive affirmations, the art of appreciation, accepting and letting go, positive visualization, yoga, and meditation should be given importance when it comes to healing disease.
