LO PIENSAS DEMASIADO
En este tipo de bloqueo tu cerebro se interpone en el camino de tu creatividad y piensas mucho todo: deseas escribir un fanfic sobre Harry Potter, pero ya lo has hecho desde cualquier ángulo: en la noche vino a tu mente una idea genial para hacer una pintura de tu perro, pero ¡ya lo has dibujado mil veces! Estás atrapada en una zona de comodidad en la que –literalmente– no estás haciendo nada, tienes miedo de arriesgarte y de crear algo innovador. Tienes a tu crítica interna activada y está siendo verdaderamente imprudente (that bitch!).
Soluciónalo: sal de tu cabeza
Para abandonar este tipo de bloqueo creativo, tenemos que salir de la prisión: nuestra mente. Estas son unas ideas que han mostrado buenos resultados en los alumnos del San Francisco Art Institute:
Visita un lugar nuevo
Invítate a salir, lleva a tu crítica interna a un viaje solas, tú y ella. No necesita ser algo caro: visita un museo, un restaurante o sal a dar un paseo por un parque que no hayas recorrido. Estar en un entorno nuevo puede reconfigurar tu forma de pensar y traerte nuevos retos. Darle nuevas experiencias a tu cerebro lo refrescará de ese ambiente negativo en el que ha estado viviendo los últimos días.
