Imagine you aim to score a bonus at work, but direct your energy and time towards thinking about the results rather than the work you put in. Being in the present with a head full of questions about what will happen if you fail is not the best way to go about nailing that bonus. However, it is important that you ask yourself if this is truly what you want. Work (and live) in the present and prepare for the future, but don't stress beyond this.
