RAPTORAZOR IS LIGHT, SHARP AND AGILE
As a writer for American Survival Guide for the past five years, I‘ve put quite a bit of gear to the test, pushing the limits of the various tools and gadgets I was working with to see what they were capable of.

Most of the gear I’m sent to work with is tough, effective and quality made. Editor Mike McCourt does a good job of vetting products he considers for reviews in the magazine; and, if they don’t hold up, they don’t make it to the pages of ASG.

Chances are very good that by the time gear gets to me to test and review, it’s a safe bet it’ll live up to the manufacturer’s performance claims ... and my scrutiny.

Every so often, I get something that’s truly novel and innovative.

This was exactly the case when the box of RaptoRazor knives showed up on my doorstep. This blade system is made of first-rate materials that are fit for their tasks and ergonomically designed to fit solidly in your hand. They’re sufficiently heavy to feel as if you have something strong and solid in your hand. At the same time, they’re light enough to avoid being an added burden to weigh down your hunting pack.
