“100 DEADLY SKILLS: COMBAT EDITION” GIVES YOU MORE WAYS TO PROTECT YOUR LIFE
STEVEN PAUL BARLOW
EDC TACTICS

Sometimes the best EDC items are the things we carry in our heads, not our pockets. Having skills and knowledge can go a long way in getting you through your day. That’s especially true when it comes to self-defense. And let’s face it: Self-defense plays a big part in the EDC game plan for many of us.

Published this year is a book to help you to prepare for worst-case scenarios when things get physical. “100 Deadly Sins – Combat Edition,” is subtitled, “A Navy SEAL’s guide to crushing your enemy, fighting for your life and embracing your inner badness.” That pretty much sums it up.

In this book, the authors, Clint Emerson and H. Keith Melton draw from the experience of 16 experts: special ops personnel, professional fighters, outlaw motorcycle gang members and world-class martial artists. Short biographies on each of these experts is included.

The book is published by Lioncrest Publishing. Its 309 pages contain numerous illustrations by Tom Mandrake to make it easier to understand the techniques being taught. To make it more entertaining, Mandrake uses historic bad guys in his illustrations. So, you get to see such notables as Saddam Hussein, Adolf Hitler and Charles Manson taking the brunt of our experts’ brute force.
