After spending two years earning certification from England&rsquo;s centuries-old Royal Horticultural Society at Wisley, Dustin Gimbel was qualified to be a head gardener almost anywhere. His front yard is his oasis, a quiet respite from the busy neighborhood just beyond. Here, Gimbel relies on a pared-down color palette of greens, blues, and creams&nbsp;with orange flowers to keep things tranquil.
