A cluster in Bryanston, Jo’burg, with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area on the ground floor opening onto an enclosed courtyard. Upstairs are three en suite bedrooms, one of which is used as a pyjama lounge.
When the owner, a first-time buyer, purchased this Bryanston cluster off-plan, she was excited about the adventure ahead. However, she soon realised that the original layout didn’t suit her lifestyle. She loves cooking and entertaining and the kitchen was tucked away at the back of the house, far removed from the living area.
