To achieve a successful build, the owners required a full turnkey solution, trusting SBE with the responsibility of the project, from design to completion.

Family living is made easy in this beautiful, spacious four-bedroom property in a private residential development in one of Joburg’s exclusive suburbs.

Sharing on the decision to live in a private estate, the owner says: “We had lived in an estate before and found that the rules and regulations were too constrictive. We then decided to build our own estate for us and our daughter’s family.

“In our small family estate, we are in control of our own destiny, and our own extensive security. The development and the house were new builds. Planning and developing the development took about five years with all the necessary consents included.”

Ensuring the environment was peaceful, the owners settled on a plot that had beautiful landscapes. “We looked at all the surrounding areas and chose this for the wonderful garden feel it has. It borders a spring with many trees abutting it.
