This estate situated near Pretoria is more suitably described as its own small town. It offers everything from pristine, picturesque parks to schools, supermarkets, a gym, outdoor and indoor pools and a hospital and retirement village. And its excellent security gives residents total peace of mind.

The family decided to renovate to make their home more modern, but this wasn’t without hiccups. “As with most renovations, there are many unforeseen challenges behind every corner. We had to break out a bar, kitchen, and patio, as well as fix a step level that came with the house.

Natural and warm FINOak wooden flooring that’s full of character was fitted throughout this lovely home. This beautiful floor was stained with Jax Oleum Ghost White to complement the natural grain and colour of the boards. These floors were expertly fitted throughout the home by Inovar Sandton’s experienced flooring artisans. A plank size of 2 200mm x 220mm x 15/4mm was used, and it comes with a 25-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.

“The family decided to renovate to make their home more modern.”

The solution was to use solid wood floors to bring the newly designed spaces together and repeat that on the stairs,” says Cathrin Bolt from Nowadays Interiors.
