The 1850s farmhouse offers seven guest bedrooms and the herb, vegetable and soft fruit garden supply the kitchen. Catherine and her team run a variety of short courses, from Southern Italian to fab mains and desserts, from healthy meal prep for two to a fish and vegetarian masterclass and lots more. Catherine also runs her online cookery school which has really grown in popularity of late.
