The luxurious apartment in DLF Capital Green is designed to have an airy and clutter-free look. In this project, by the New Delhi based AND studio, complete sensitivity towards the end user is evident. Intending to accommodate the taste and comfort of every family member, the residence emerges as a beautiful symphony of versatilities.
The client brief was for an ideal neat and sophisticated residence, which is translated into a ‘seamless and uncluttered space’. A single theme design approach was tossed out to bring in each family member’s taste and necessity. This resulted in a sublime contemporary design. “Not ‘overdesigned’, or intimidating, this home is a piece of luxury providing a relaxed, easy-going ambiance for the family,” says Love Choudhary, the architect.

Luxury Penthouse: Nesting Nature
Penthouse Pfekuto is a pied-à-terre for a family to facilitate their frequent visits to the city.
