A workplace often becomes a monotonous space without any meaningful engagement offered to its employees. “The need for a millennial workspace is an everyday brief, but the same is often addressed through googled imagery and borrowed designs that are dressed up in various avatars. Is this creativity!,” exclaims Ar. Vistasp Bhagwagar, MD and Principal Architect, Architect Vistasp & Associates (AVA), a Delhi and Bengaluru based design firm. With this deep thought, they designed an office space to allow people to creatively express themselves, rather than be forced to work within mundane clock hours.
“Home from work, rather than working from home” – this describes an ideal office space. AVA, one of the renowned names in the area of ‘Commercial Space Design’ was offered a brief by the USA based client to design a space that would function more than an office. “It would be a laboratory of ideas and innovation that would allow the young millennial teams to work at another trajectory in their domain space of coding and analytics,” says Ar. Vistasp Bhagwagar, elaborating the essence of this project.
