Connaught Place in New Delhi is a well-known hub of enticing enterprises set into a planned urbanscape characterized by colonial architectural landmarks.

The F&B industry holds a prominent chunk of the CP local economy, with an array of bars and bistros lining the radiating streets, offering a plethora of scrumptious cuisines. Now the question arises, how do we introduce a new food joint into this milieu and still grab public attention? The question to which, though may transcend subjective perceptions, undeniably begins with the combo of good food good ambience.

URBAN MISTRII STUDIO

Urban Mistrii Studio is a young multidisciplinary firm founded by architect Ritika Rakhiani in 2018. Through conceptualization and design, the team focuses on sustainability, user experience, modularity, and individuality in each project, an example of which is the Chettinadinspired interiors of Padmanabham at Janpath, New Delhi.

The architects aim at intrinsic detailing, escorted by honest translation of project briefs for ingenious solutions. Their clever exploitation of daylight and colours serves as a trademark which aims to bring liveliness within the readapted open spaces. Their ethos stands on enhancing on site pursuance of the design conceptions.

Apart from uptaking residential interiors, like Hill House, JorBagh Residence and Berry’s Residence to name a few, the firm has diversified into corporate refurbishment projects for MetroInfrasys and Dex Group. An ongoing renovation project for TSG grand, a boutique hotel on Andaman Island, is expected to be an eventful milestone.
