Have you ever dreamed of owning a beautiful home near the beach? Do the sounds and smells of the ocean speak to your soul? If so, you're not alone.
In her new book, Faded Glamour by the Sea, designer Pearl Lowe discusses how she turned her lifelong dream of living by the sea into a reality.
"I'm not sure what it is about 'the call of the sea' that I find so compelling, but it's as though I am magnetically drawn to it," she says.
In the book, Lowe not only highlights her family's own vacation home in southeast England, she also gives a glimpse of other houses that embody the style she loves so much: "faded glamour."
