I completely resonate with the feeling of endless sadness inside the body. Not all the reasons for feeling low are deep, sometimes it's just a fog which needs a wiper of some love and some understanding! Our society still raises a taboo when one seeks psychiatrist intervention. Hence, want to approach one and all through my writings, if I can provide some guiding light, however small. Generally, people think that depression sets in only in grownups. But there's no age to this sickness. It can knock the door at any stage and catch us off guard!
