What guidance would you suggest for people to help combat the external stress in their lives?

Avoiding stress is extremely important for your general health and well-being because stress lowers your immune system

Setting aside some leisure time and doing something you enjoy each day.

In addition to incorporating a regular exercise routine, I also recommend taking up a relaxing practice like yoga, meditation or breathwork.

Practically speaking, focus on prioritizing tasks, work on organizational skills to stay on task, and break larger projects into smaller, more manageable steps.

More difficult for many people to learn, but extremely important, is to learn to set and enforce boundaries for themselves.
