Q: Tell us a bit about yourself and your history as an athlete.

I used to eat like a horse and still have a healthy weight because I was so active. I excelled in sports and academics. When I had completed my Honours degree in Physiotherapy at UWC and started working, I found myself being less active than what I used to be. However, I still stayed somewhat fit. I got married and life was good.

Q: At what point did you realise you wanted a makeover and decide to enter the USN Makeover Challenge?
